Spiderman is captured for sacrifice by the Life Foundation, ninjas of the Hand, Stunner, Delilah, the Rose, Lady Octopus and Madame Qwa to resurrect the deviant Dr. Octopus. Rethinking the value of his very life and the wages of loss to his wife, Spiderman plods through to prevent himself from going down. Dr. Octopus is revived from death nonetheless at the sacrifice of his beloved- Stunner:
